We have a lot going on here at Fast Lane, but our goal is to make your visit as easy as possible. Here are some FAQs that we think can help you!
Can I Reserve Lanes?
Absolutely! You're welcome to call or stop by our Sales Office to reserve lanes for your group. We do require that reservations be made at least 24 hours in advance and that the total be paid in full upon booking. Pricing varies based on day and time.
how do i book a birthday party?
We're proud to say that we've been voted the Best Place To Have A Birthday every year since 2011 and we'd love to host your next party to show you why! All of the information on our current party packages can be viewed here and you are also able to book online. You are also welcome to call or stop by our Sales Office to book your party. We do require that parties be booked at least three days in advance and a $75.00 deposit be provided to hold the spot.
do you host CORPORATE/group/school events?
All the time! We have a great variety of different options for groups that can be custom tailored to suit your needs by one of our awesome event coordinators. We host events of all sizes from small lunch outings to entire facility buyouts. Contact our Sales Office today to find out what we can do for you. Or, feel free to fill out our online form and we will get back to you.
Can I hold an event space without a deposit?
As a courtesy to you, we can hold event space for 72 hours after booking. This gives you time to solidify the details of your event. After 72 hours, a deposit is required to guarantee space for the day of your event.
how do I know when you'll be closed outside of your normal hours?
Private Events, Holidays, and Inclement Weather can affect our normal hours anywhere from opening late, closing early, or closing for the day. We strive to make this information easily accessible to our guests. Check our of Facebook Page or the Closings section of our website for up-to-date information regarding changes in hours. You are always welcome to contact our Sales Office staff with questions.
Where are you located?
We are at 1117 N. Dixieland St. in Lowell, Arkansas 72745
If you're traveling North on I-49
Take Exit 78 – Turn right onto Monroe, turn on the first left onto Dixieland, in 1.2 miles we will be on the right.
If you're traveling South on I-49
Take Exit 81. Turn left onto Pleasant Grove, turn right onto Dixieland, in 0.8 miles we will be on the left.
What kind of Food/beverages do you offer?
Unlike most Entertainment Centers in the area, we offer a full restaurant menu with a wide range of options.

We also have a full service bar with options ranging from draft and bottle beer, to mixed drinks and top shelf liquor!
How tall do you have to be to ride the rides?
While most of our attractions are open to all ages, our new amusements area does have some restrictions.
The Play Structure is for ages 12 and under.
Spin Zone Bumper Cars and the Python Pit require that children be 36" tall to ride with an adult, and 46" to ride alone. Anyone under 36" tall will not be allowed to ride.
How much is mini-golf?
The mini golf next door is actually a separate company called Golf Mountain and you can reach them at 479.659.0001.
Do you Offer donations?
We do have a donation program here at Fast Lane. If you or your organization would like to be considered, please fill out and submit a donation form to start the process. You download this form by clicking here. Then, email it into Cosmo@fastlanebowl.com.
These can take up to two weeks to process. You will be notified when your request has been reviewed.
